Refund policy

ZealousArt reserves the right to cancel any party in the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstance.
In the event that we need to cancel, a 100% refund will be sent to each ticket holder, and we will make our absolute best effort to reschedule that event for a later date. If a deposit was made for a private party, in the event of cancelation by ZealousArt, a full refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy 

Tickets Please allow at least 48 hours if you need to cancel your ticket  A cancellation fee will be charged ~ $5 for tickets up to $40 and $10 for $41 and more.    There will be NO refunds If less than 48 hours notice is given.     Please send an email to freda@zealousart.com with the event information that you are scheduled for, and number of tickets needing refund within 48 hours of the event.

Seating Policy

We make our ABSOLUTE BEST EFFORT to seat all groups/parties together, but CANNOT GUARANTEE that all members of a group will be able to sit together. We always suggest arriving early, or emailing Freda@zealousart.com well in advance of the event to arrange seating together for your group.

Drop-ins

Always welcome, but to guarantee your spot and to ensure enough supplies are on hand,  it is best to purchase your ticket online.  Each class in planned days in advance, and supplies are stocked and transported according to the number of tickets sold online. If you would prefer to pay in cash please send an e-mail to freda@zealousart.com to arrange a meet in the Langley Surrey area.

Private/FUNdraising/TeamBuilding pARTy deposit

A $50 non refundable deposit is required to save the date for all Private at home pARTies for up to 15 people

A $150 non refundable deposit for FUNdraising and Team building / corporate pARTies. This is payable through a special registration link sent to the party host.

The deposit may be used towards the cost of the party.

REFUND POLICY for FUNdraising/Team building/Corporate pARTy deposit: A 100% refund will be given 3 weeks (21days) in the event of a cancellation. Any FUNdraising/Team building/corporate party cancellation less than 21 days prior to the event will not receive a refund of the deposit. If guests have paid in advance of the party through an event page, and the party is canceled, a 100% refund will be given to the guests. If guests are no-shows, and have paid online and do not attend the party without cancelling at least 48 hours prior to the start of the party, NO refund will be given.

REFUND POLICY for a Private pARTy deposit: A 100% refund will be given 2 weeks (14 days) in the event of a cancellation. Any private pARTy cancellation less than 14 days prior to the event will not receive a refund of the deposit. If guests have paid in advance of the party through an event page, and the party is canceled, a 100% refund will be given to the guests. If guests are no-shows, and have paid online and do not attend the party without cancelling at least 48 hours prior to the start of the party, NO refund will be given.
