September events

From September I will be doing pARTies at the The Loft Studio  in Downtown Langley,  20458 Fraser Highway.

I have partnered with Wendy Jones who has been teaching art in Langley for more than 15 years and are looking forward to working with her.

Refund and cancellation policy

ZealousArt reserves the right to cancel any party in the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstance.
In the event that we need to cancel, a 100% refund will be sent to each ticket holder or we will make our absolute best effort to reschedule that event for a later date. If a deposit was made for a private party, in the event of cancellation by ZealousArt, a full refund will be given.  Normal ticket refund cancellation policy applies for rescheduled events.

Tickets are only valid for the specific event it was bought for. No credits or refunds for a no-show or cancellation less than 5 days before the event.  3 business days notice required if you need to cancel or move your ticket   There will be NO refunds If less than 3 business days notice is given or after an event.     Please send an email to with the event information that you bought a ticket for, and number of tickets needing refund within 3 business days of the event. Why 5 days, this will allow us some time to resell the ticket.   You are welcome to try and sell your ticket in the Facebook event created for the specific event, put this is a private sale and Zealous Art will have not involvement in the transaction. The canvas size, event location, how many admitted for 1 ticket is clearly indicated on the event listing. If you misunderstood the ticket information AFTER an event we will not issue a refund, please enquire immediately after purchasing the ticket.  If you forgot about an event, we will not issue a refund.  (please add a reminder to your calendar, we can not do reminders at this time)

Refund and cancellation policy for group events booked.

A partial payment is required to save the date for all group events booked. This is payable through a special registration link sent to the party host.

REFUND POLICY for the cancellation of group events  A 100% refund will be given for more than 2 weeks (14 days) notice in the event of a cancellation. Any FUNdraising/Team building/corporate party cancellation less than 14 days prior to the event will not receive a refund of the deposit.
