Doors open 15 minutes before the event start time: If you are coming in a group come early if you would like to sit together, we do not reserve spots. Doors open 15 before the event (unless otherwise indicated on the event page) Painting will start no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
What to wear: Wear something comfortable enough to paint in and something you do not mind getting a little paint on! We provide aprons for everyone to wear while they paint but the paint will NOT come out of all clothing. You never know who paints next to you!
Ages: 12+ unless otherwise indicated on the event!
Tickets: Tickets can be bought in the studio during operating hours or online, see the link below. Tickets are available at the door, if we are not sold out. Please check social media or this event page for updates. To secure your spot we suggest you purchase your tickets before the event. Tickets are ONLY VALID for the event it was bought for.
Refunds and cancellations: 3 business days notice required if you want to move or cancel your ticket. We offer NO REFUND AND NO CREDIT for non attendance or late cancellations.
Please note: Classes are subject to cancellation with refund if less than 5 painters are registered. Please check social media and our website for updates.

The not so fine print about refunds: If you bought a ticket and can’t make it, you can try and resell your ticket(s) in the listed event page on Facebook. If you misunderstood the ticket information AFTER an event we will not issue a refund, please enquire immediately after purchasing the ticket. The canvas size, event location, how many admitted for 1 ticket is clearly indicated on the event listing. If you forgot about an event, we will not issue a refund. (please add a reminder to your calendar, we can not do reminders at this time)
