SOLD OUT – FUNdraiser – Surrey United U18 Girls Wildfire soccer team

We are participating in a number of fundraising events over the next year, in hopes to raise enough money for a traveling tournament. The 2019/2020 season will be the girls last year in youth soccer. So, how cool would that be to have one last “kick at the can” of being a kid with your teammates that you have played with for so many years. Most of them have been playing together for about 7 years or more and have formed a unique bond along the way, both on and off the field.
As mentioned it will be their last year in youth soccer and they are hoping to raise enough money to go to the Walt Disney World International Cup Tournament in the summer of 2020.
Paint and Pub night
Friday September 6th @ 6pm
Painting for $40
Burger & beer for $17,50 (please note pay only $15 when you buy directly from the team, at least one week before – a $2.50 service fee saving)
We will have a 50/50 draw, toonie tosses and a silent auction with some amazing prizes.

Doors open 15 minutes before the event start time: If you are attending a public event and are attending as a group and would like to sit together come early if you would like to sit together, we do not reserve spots. Doors open 15 before the event (unless otherwise indicated on the event page) Painting will start no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. For private events be sure to be on time as their is a charges for additional time outside the scheduled time.
What to wear: Wear something comfortable enough to paint in and something you do not mind getting a little paint on! We provide aprons for everyone to wear while they paint but the paint will NOT come out of all clothing. You never know who paints next to you!
Ages: 12+ unless otherwise indicated on the event!
Tickets: Tickets can only be bought online, see the event link. Tickets are not always available at the door please contact the organizer of the event if ticket sales are closed. If the event is marked SOLD OUT / OUT OF STOCK tickets will not be sold at the door. . You can also check social media or this event page for event updates. To secure your spot we suggest you purchase your tickets before the event. Tickets are ONLY VALID for the event it was bought for. If tickets are sold by the location hosting the event it will be noted in the event listed above. For private events please contact the host.
Refunds and cancellations: 3 business days notice required if you want to move or cancel your ticket. We offer NO REFUND AND NO CREDIT for non attendance or late cancellations.
Please note: Classes are subject to cancellation with refund if less than 5 painters are registered. Please check social media and our website for updates.
The not so fine print about refunds: If you bought a ticket and can’t make it, you can try and resell your ticket(s) in the listed event page on Facebook. If you misunderstood the ticket information AFTER an event we will not issue a refund, please enquire immediately after purchasing the ticket. The canvas size, event location, how many admitted for 1 ticket is clearly indicated on the event listing. If you forgot about an event, we will not issue a refund. (please add a reminder to your calendar, we can not do reminders at this time)
